When lenders, AMC
companies, owners, and builders critique appraisals and notice that a
piece of property is in a specific zone, questions may arise concerning
the zone. This course is specifically designed to help improve the
level of an appraiser’s/realtor’s competency and the ability to respond
to these questions by increasing their understanding of the basics of
Specific Zoning, whether vacant or zone, and illegal.
This
3.5 hour course is a workshop for individuals interested in
learning more about the Mission, Goals and Objectives of
Planning & Zoning Commissions.
By the end of this
