- Our student cancellation policy provides a full refund up to 5 days prior to the seminar and 50% refund until 48 hours prior the seminar date. Less than 48 hours' notice results in forfeiture of entire payment.

Real Estate Agent/Broker CE Approvals: Currently approved in Kentucky (CE Law: 6 hrs or PLE Hours: 3 Elective and 3 Fair Housing), Ohio (6 hours CE), South Dakota (3.5 Hrs Required & 3.5 Hrs Elective CE), and Wyoming (7 hours CE).
Kentucky Supervisor and Associate Mandatory Course - Approved for appraisers by KREAB (ONLY) & also approved by KREC (3 hrs law CE).
Valuation Bias and Fair Housing Laws and Regulations
Real Estate Agent/Broker CE Approvals: Currently approved in Kentucky (6 hours Law CE or 6 hours Fair Housing PLE), Ohio (6 hours CE), and South Dakota (7 Required Hrs CE & PLE).
