All fees listed are per attendee, include student manuals/handouts and reflect payment received in advance.  If paying at the door, add $25 to course fee. The 2018-19 USPAP publication, required for all USPAP classes*, is not included in the course fee.  It will be $82 if purchased in class, so please remember to bring your own copy.  *This includes the Residential Appraisal Review & USPAP Compliance course.
