Overview:
Learn the key features of the 2018-2019 USPAP and re-familiarize
yourself with its Rules and Standards Rules.
This is the 7-Hour National Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) Update Course, as developed by The
Appraisal Foundation. The course focuses on changes to USPAP for
2018-19 and on appraisal issues that affect daily appraisal
practice. It is unique in that the Course is developed by The
Appraisal Foundation and is revised on a periodic basis to stay
current with the latest edition of USPAP.

If you possess a license or certification from Kentucky
(regardless of where you reside), you MUST complete the 2018-19
7-HR 2018-19 National USPAP Update Course no later than
May 15, 2018.

Required Texts: 2018-2019
edition of USPAP is REQUIRED. Students may bring their own
copy, or copies will be available for purchase ($82.00) at the
seminar. The 7-hour Student Manual ($35.00) is included in the
Course Fee.
