value of improvements to, or on, the site and/or the estimated fair
market value of the land as an unimproved site, are values that can
consistently be determined using the EXTRACTION method.
This course is a workshop
that is especially designed to help improve the level of competency of
appraisers in estimating the FMV of residential properties, using
consistent methodology. Whether you are a seasoned appraiser, real
estate agent, banker/lender or just beginning in the business, this
course is designed to be beneficial to you. At the end of the day,
what we are all striving to do is to be better at our profession.
Length: One half-day 3.5 hour continuing education seminar. It begins
promptly at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.
