Overview: In today's litigious world, it is important now, more than ever, to take precautionary measures to reduce exposure to risk. This seminar was designed for the individual with basic to advanced appraisal experience. Participants will learn the most common deficiencies that can increase your exposure to criticism.  Ample time is provided for discussions on real life situations where appraisers often face incredible risk in seemingly normal situations.

Length:  One day, 7-hour continuing education seminar.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the seminar begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.

Recording:  No audio recording or videotaping permitted.

Course Fee:  $150 if payment received prior to course; $175 if payment is received at the door.  Seating is usually limited.
