Course Objectives:  By the conclusion of the course, participants will: 

• Know how to complete the new Worldwide ERC Summary Appraisal Report with confidence
• Understand all significant changes to the form, including, forecasting, scope of work, definition of anticipated sales price, extraordinary assumptions, and date of value opinion vs. date of appraisal inspection
• Understand the differences between the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report and an ERC Summary Appraisal Report
• Know how to be included as one of the five appraisers on the transferee’s appraiser list

Length:  One day, 7-hour continuing education seminar.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the seminar begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.

Recording:  No audio recording or videotaping permitted.

Course Fee:  $125 if payment received prior to course; $150 if payment is received at the door.  Seating is usually limited.
