This course is designed to aid real
property appraisers seeking to improve the quality of their work
product.
Course Objectives. By
the conclusion of the course, participants should:
- Increase their knowledge and
understanding of the new FHA requirements.
- Know the most common FHA
appraisal report errors and how to avoid them.
- Know how to identify health and
safety issues.
- Identify items that still
require inspections.
- Know the correct way to fill out
the appraisal forms for FHA financing. Class Handouts:
