Develop an understanding of the different techniques and methods of capitalization and when they are appropriate. 

This course is designed to introduce you to the many complexities of Income Valuation.

You will develop an understanding of how income is processed to arrive at a stabilized basis which is then capitalized into a value conclusion.  

This continuing education course will help you learn how different rates are developed to process income into a value conclusion and how to analyze investments to extract different components.

Registration/Timetable.  Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the seminar begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.
