Learn How to Appraise Manufactured Housing as Real Property

Manufactured housing has been increasing in popularity over the last decade. This growing market share needs qualified appraisers to appraise these homes. The valuation of the manufactured  home is substantially different from the traditional real estate appraisal. However, it can be easily handled by the appraiser with proper education. If you are looking to increase the market share of your appraisal business, this course is a must!

You will learn how to use the N.A.D.A. Cost Handbook which is the recognized cost source by the federal government. You will also learn the difference between a manufactured home (mobile home) and a modular home. Other topics of interest are: history/trends of the industry, property requirements, terminology, and HUD labels and identification. This course will provide all the necessary education to start appraising manufactured housing as real property.
